A message to our valued customers:
We hope that this note finds you and your families safe and well.
We understand that we are in a time of uncertainty, and at times like this we are reminded of how thankful we are to be part of such a dedicated and resilient industry and how grateful we are for each one of our customers. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, we are working quickly to ensure the health and safety of all our employees and customers.
Starting today, Thursday March 19th, we will be closing all Urelas retail stores in North America, Europe and India through Sunday May 3rd to do our part to keep our staff and customers safe. All store employees will continue to receive their regular compensation and benefits through this time period.
Since our retail stores are closed, therefore we encourage you to visit urelas.com in the meantime. We are still taking orders, adding new items and working hard to ensure that all current orders get fulfilled to the highest level of service we pride ourselves on. Since our supply chains are hit, there could be slight delays in the delivery of your orders.
We are grateful for your support, patience and understanding during these times and look forward to serving you.
We will continue to monitor all updates related to COVID-19 and will in turn adapt our policies to be the company that our customers love to shop from.
