These custom Luniboxes are made by Urelas partner artists. Each order is separately made by cutting paper layers and contouring upto 8 layers. The number of layers depend on the image provided and are determined by our artists. Please follow the below guidelines to ensure your order isn't rejected:

• Do NOT upload any portrait or images of faces of people or animals. We DO NOT work on portraits.
• We recommend sceneries, drawings, less detail and accuracy-demanding pictures.
  
• The process of making these Luniboxes is extremely intricate and time-consuming. We DO NOT offer any revisions or refunds after your custom Lunibox is completed.
• Returns and Refunds are only done in case the item is lost/damaged in transit, or a defective piece is delivered.

You're helping independent artists: A percentage of your order value goes to your Lunibox's artist. A signature of your artist is signed behind your art-piece.

> The designing process takes up to 15 days.

> Item is dispatched via India Post, DHL, UPS or FedEx depending on availability.

> The item is exempt from our standard shipping & returns policy. 

> Returns & refunds are offered only if the item gets lost in transit or is found defective on arrival.
